Convenient 1-day accelerated format, ideal for expectant parents with busy schedules.

This one-day, in-person class is designed to prepare you and your support person for the birth of your baby. This hands-on class covers topics like the stages of labor, breathing and relaxation tips, comfort measures, how your support person can be involved, epidurals, cesarean childbirth and postpartum expectations. Please note, this class does not include a Childbirth Center tour.
